Awful, morning bus to BCN is always full and they let people standing on the highway. Once, on the highway, smoke coming from the engine started filling up the bus. It stopped and people had to board on the bus behind, those who managed. Who knows what happened with the rest....

Do yourself a favour. Pay extra and go with another company!!!! I had a return trip from Barcelona to San Sebastián. 8hrs each way with only one stop an hour in, and each time the toilets weren't working. The drivers drove so erratically our hand luggage was thrown around the bus. Never again!
Always late. Very late. If bus has WiFi, it lasts 5 minutes. Arrogant drivers. Bad customer care service.

Worst swrvice ever
Cobran tablas de (skim, surf o body) como equipaje especial. Te piensas que al cobrarte 15 euros (sólo ida) por transportarla tendrá un lugar especial que asegurará que ese material delicado y facturado como tal lo hará de manera segura... pero la realidad que va con todas las mochilas y maletas normales que no son facturadas corriendo el riesgo de que se dañe... Si se cobra por un servicio hay que brindarlo, si no es así no lo cobréis.
Autobús con ofertas aunque estaría bien si sacaran más. Buen servicio y los nuevos autobuses no están nada mal (algunos con WiFi). Deberían de mejorar los horarios de llegada y salida.
Os preços não estão quase nunca de acordo. Uma hora cobra um preço, outra hora outro preço e quando se reclama com o motorista somos tratados com falta de educação. Telefone 902 para atendimento ao cliente, uma vergonha.
