After spending well over 1000 on a fence and 3 collars one of the probe units simply fell off the collar and was lost. I contacted bark control and sent photos of the collar. To my surprise they said this wasn't covered under warranty and I should have checked the probes (there's nothing in any of there literature suggesting this) So I had to buy another collar or throw away the whole system. Interestingly the new collar is reinforced around the probes. Buyer beware!!!

I called & spoke with Daniel as I was unsure on what product was suitable for my small dog who has barking fits. His product knowledge and patience with me was great. I had called a few other companies but felt that Daniel gave the most honest recommendation and didn’t feel like I was just another sale. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced such great customer service. I hope the company realise what as asset he is their business. Will definitely recommend Bark Control Australia.

Purchased a barking collar Aug 2019. Started to play up a little July 2020. I emailed on Sunday late. They replied Monday saying I could take it in to be looked at. I took it in Tuesday morning and by the afternoon they contacted me and told me it was too sensitive and would be replaced under warranty. Very fast service 10/10

I have purchased a number of items from Bark Control Australia over the past few years and now wish I had placed my business elsewhere. Pretty much everything I have purchased from them has been faulty and has had to be returned during the warranty period, hugely disappointing given all up I have spent a good sum of with Bark Control Australia on containment and bark control systems. They are still yet to return yet another of their faulty products to me which had to be repaired - after promising a 48 hour turn around time, it has now been more than 2 weeks and then they misaddressed the return parcel and have sent it to a completely different state. No point calling them to complain either as they offer no solutions. Additionally - negative reviews that I have tried to post against the products on their website mysteriously disappear so that unknowing buyers can only see postive reviews so buyer beware as you aren't getting the full picture!!
