It was unfortunate our cat couldn't come with us in our couple weekend getaway so we decided to find her own getaway. I called Barkaritaville so many times like a frantic pet mom and they stayed professional throughout. When we picked her up, she seems refreshed and ready to go to our car. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

My girl Sox is 10 months old. I took her in today and the staff was super sweet and caring. It was her first experience with other people and pets, and they were patient and kind with her. They explained everything and didn't rush me through a sign up just to get money. You could tell they truly appreciated us and treated us like family from the first moment we walked in.

Found this place with a simple google search and I could not be happier! Rebecca’s phone etiquette won me over from the minute I called to schedule a bath appointment for my dog... I just knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with the service! I’m even happier now that my pup came home his normal happy self, which is amazing because he usually stays a little nervous when coming home from unfamiliar places. I can tell he was treated well!! & his coat smells sooo good and he’s super soft! My husband said each staff member he encountered was as pleasant as can be, which is sort of hard to come by these days.. we will definitely be returning!! Thanks so much for the great service, looking forward to next visit :-)

Our dog, Gilbert, loves Barkaritaville. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We can always tell that they love our baby just as much as we do. They take such great care of him (twice a week at doggy daycare and anytime we board him). Thank you!
