I had the pleasure of having them as our property manager for years. First it was a fair price and they also did a great job taking care of the property. They also did well getting good tenants. We sold the property and are well pleased with that experience as well.

I can really only speak to my move in experience as I have only been here 3 days. Once our application was submitted things went pretty quickly. I haven't met anyone personally in the office but texts and emails are very professional. They accomodated us with our move in date and that was a blessing. I hope everything goes as smoothly in the future because I really love this house.

The lack of communication from this company is unbearable, the response time is even worse. When they tell you 3-5 days of response expectation please triple that. They will collect an insane amount of applications on one property, run the credit, not given an approval or denial yet, multiple weeks later state your application is inactive due to the property being rented. They collect application fees, and discriminate on who they “feel” is suitable from the multiple applications that’s been submitted on ONE property.

I like living in the apartments in fuquay varina, honestly you cant beat the price and location of these apartments. Nicole and Dawn have been great new property managers this past year during this pandemic.

I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. Ms Keisha Manning does not respect the applicants. She lied stating that his company has available units all over the Raleigh area and couldn’t even give me a courtesy call about a second property since I didn’t “make enough” for the property that I applied for, even though I fell into all the necessary parameters required. If they didn’t want me to have the property, they should have stated that from the beginning instead of leading me on to waste time and money on that “application fee”. The sad part is that I looked online for other properties and the property that I applied for is still there supposedly. I read the reviews and still was willing to give this sorry excuse of a property management company a chance. Don’t waste your time here, they are con artists and don’t actually care about matching applicants with an appropriate property. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. It’s honestly disappointing, and sadly, not surprising.
