Great customer service, really recommend the Barking branch, the manager and both stuff where very help gave me a lot off information where polite and understanding, went through everything step by step ,made sure I understood every thing, I apologise if I get the names wrong but I think the manager was called Michael and the other to very help stuff members where called Shane and jit thank you once again, would give 10 star if the was a option, thanks you

Extremely commendable for their exceptional services and support. The likes of Michael and Shaine were always there through out my rental period for 3 months. They have the time and patience to explain what options are available to you as a customer and on top treats you with respect. I highly recommend Barking Access Self storage with a better parking and space. Very good location and the security is excellent. Have a go and you will never regret it.
One of the worst customer services experience EVER! I've now gone to the Big Yellow Storage Company. I had the misfortune of dealing with someone named Michael who amazingly is the manager there I think?? He needs retraining. He's arrogant, rude and even contacted me disclosing the personal information of ANOTHER customer by mistake (I have this recorded). Access Storage HQ - if you don't believe me just send in some secret shoppers. Michael needs to go! I wanted to give him Minus 1!
A terrible experience in all honesty. Wanted me to move in and my needs don't count. Asked for electrics and lighting costing an additional 450. The storages are very dark and cannot see anything. Took so long that I gave up. Excuses after excuses. Shane and Michael said that they will get it done. But nothing got done. Even their long term customers have said that they are very slow. Months to a years for issues to be resolved. The flooring was dirty and was told it would get done. Surprise surprise nothing got done. Lies after lies. Was so fed up that I left. Be careful when they ask you to put a review down first. I took my time after my experiences. They may ask for a review in exchange for a lock which can be bought for 5. Be warned and just look around.
Was very happy to take up an annual rental of one 25sq.ft unit at the Barking Access Storage facility. It was not only a very good budget price but the access to the facility is very good too. The staff are brilliant and I am relieved to be able to have my possessions stored closer to home two miles away. The previous facility was 19 miles away. a five star experience.Thanks
