Do not order from this company, no integrity. They are disorganise and financially irresponsible and desperate for capital if they drag their feet to refund customers for items they were happy to charge but never actually had in stock to sell in the first place. Quick to take your money though! Still waiting for the refund on the order they cancelled.

Past experience would have given this company 5 stars but since its takeover it has plummetted and there was no facility for zero stars. One gets the feeling that sales staff are not happy - service over the phone is resigned and on occasion, a bit grumpy. Out of 5 deliveries, 2 were incorrect, 2 were late and the latest has been delivered elsewhere.........but they don't know where! We are now looking for an alternative - a real shame as Cromwells was always our go-to one-stop-shop. If management read this......GET A GRIP!

would give 0 stars if possible, first they send me a wet hoover with an american plug , then expect me to take a day off work and wait for it to be collected between 9 - 6 pm. I then have to wait days for them to send the correct item. Which then broke in less than 2 months. It cuts out after approx 5mins of hoovering. also the handle has broken .. keepscoming out of socket. called sutomer support - got conveniemtly cut off when i said i had faulty product. everytime i call back goes to voicemail. got through on another numer, norwich office helpful but want me to deliver to them in store so they can send away to head office. its a 2.hr round trip for me ! hence buying on the internet ! I have now had to purchase another whilst i wait for them to check whether the one have is faulty and pray for a refund ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE A LOT OF YOUR TIME ON THE PHONE !!

Very efficient and helpful at getting awkward and unusual tools. Over a 7 year period i've always found that the tools the stock are good value for money.
