Excellent place. I know doc for several years now. Usually pet places have less foot traffic so they make use of every opportunity to charge you more. But this place is not like that, doc is not money minded. Really helpful and cares about animals.

You can tell DrSuresh has been treating animals for a while. His process is clinical and completely lacks any sense of care or concern. It's a procedure and not a second longer is spent on how the animal feels/is treated before or after. I went there to spay my cats and was absolutely scared by the process. Not only was the animal treated with apathy - the Dr and his staff also eagerly over charges and overdoses on medications that are not required. I say this because I have also been to DrPriya an in Kilpauk (the absolute best) and Dr Cat (super nice as well) had a completely different experiences Here, I was scowled upon for asking a few questions on why certain medications were given and plus happily over-charged for the process. What was worse, the Dr was outraged that I initially referred to his attendant as Ana (elder brother in tamil) vs Doctor and was beyond rude to make sure I understood that word was apparently "disrespectful and demeaning" .

Worst pet clinic ever. Despite making several calls to Dr.suresh and to his clinic to discuss about my dog's cataract surgery, he neither would respond to my texts and calls nor has a proper response. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in him after knowing him for years.

I visit this place regularly for my dog. The Vet Dr.Suresh has given good consultation every time for both my dogs. Takes a good time with the consultation and does not hurry up on things.
