If I could leave no stars for this agency I would. Nasser is completely unprofessional and always has some kind of excuse. In the summer I put in an offer for a property and was told that the owner had accepted my offer. I then heard nothing further from Nasser or his solicitor Mr. Moosa no matter how many times I called or left messages. I discovered in early December when I met the owner of the property that Nasser had NEVER presented my offer to him and his property is still sitting on the market. It is extremely unfortunate that for whatever reason the owner is unable to list his property with a more reputable agency and I dread to think how many potential buyers he has lost. Do not trust or believe any five star review this company receives.

This is the worst estate agent possible. They don’t respond to you for simple questions ‘when is my rent due’ or ‘why is it late’. They don’t keep up to date with tenancy agreement signings. They give no regards to customer service. You pay them for a service which you do not get and would be less hassle if you did it yourself. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
They were recommended, but after my poor customer service and never return call backs experience I wouldn't recommend them.
Kai is very informative and kept me updatted throughout the rental process offering me 2 optoions either rent garauntee or private sector clients. Would recommend !
Worst experience ever. Got a property in mind and tried to book a viewing since last Monday. I called on early Monday at 10am and tried to book for a viewing for the day, even if it have to be late, been informed that he will get into contact with the tenants and get back to me in a few hours. I tried again around 2 and 3 and no one picked up the phone call. I tired again at 5pm and been told that a lot of people are waiting to view but just don’t have time??? At least give me a call and let me know? Then he talks about Thursday and Friday. I said Thursday would be ok for me if he can check, again nothing I had to call several times to get told that no can’t do Thursdays but Friday only. So I said I can’t do Friday whether if he can arrange a time for next Monday (which is yesterday) he said he will check and give me a call back. Again, nothing, I had to call several times again on Monday. First call in morning he informed me that it was confirmed with the tenant that it is fine to view around 3-5pm but because it is tenanted he wanted to confirm again and get back to me very shortly. Guess what? Yes, again no response. I tried to call a number of time either no one picking up the call or been told that he is not in the office. My last call was around 4:30pm where one of his colleague picked up the phone and said he will return at 5pm. I asked if he could please ask the man to give me a call when he is back as he had promised to call me back for a number of occasions now and never did. He was rude and states that we never promise anyone we will do anything?? So is it really acceptable professionally for your colleague to state that he will call back to confirm on god knows how many times and never call back? I said to him that’s fine, I am no longer interested in the property because of the nightmare service your estate agent is providing - acting as if I am the estate agent chasing for confirmations. Never with this estate agent!!!
