VERY POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON PHONE FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS NOW, MY PASSPORT IS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN AND YET TO BE DELIVER SINCE 5TH/12/20.HOPE I CAN STILL GET THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE..

Long wait and very awkward room to go and wait in to return a item. Security man is also fat and lazy
Very poor. Package was due for delivery 'before 10am' but they never attempted to give me an update. I had to chase up by calling them and waiting in queue, only for them telling me it would be with me 'tomorrow'. This is not good enough and they did not even attempt to sound apologetic enough. They do not respect the time people have and telling them I would possibly not be able to be at home to receive the package also flew over their head. Couriers should do all they can when they mess up badly and especially so when they do not even attempt to show any empathy towards they situation. They should have sent an Addison Lee down with my package as a lot of money was paid for that to be delivered in time.
