Lovely stay on the campsite. Toilet and shower facilities open with social distancing measures in place. The cafe has good measures in place with a thermometer fixed at the entrance. Table service also. Lovely cakes and great food on offer. Breakfast is good and an easy option when staying on site. Great location and brilliant views towards Holy Island. Lovely quiet site. Nice walk from the site to the Causeway. Will happily return.

We rang ahead and booked but people were still accommodated without space. Social distancing measures in place and looked to be effective. We were shown to our seats promptly with a disposable copy of the menu. Great selection with variety of choices. Order taken quickly and food/drinks served in no time. The food was excellent made with quality ingredients and we had a window table overlooking Holy Island. Staff are all extremely helpful and pleasant with nothing being too much to ask. The bill was produced swiftly upon asking and contactless payment available. Most definitely recommended and an absolute a must if you’re in the area.

Visited here with family for Sunday lunch and it was very tasty. We all had sirloin strip toast for lunch, which they did for my mum as well done and us as medium rare. Seasonal veg were very tasty, kale, broccoli, string beans and puree carrot and swede. Also Yorkshires and roasties. All beautifully cooked. For dessert they plumped for sticky toffee pudding with either pouring cream or ice cream. Again a decent portion and v tasty. Only draw back was that we were by the permanently open door which made it chilly Staff were friendly and attentive, parking was plentiful. With soft drinks, for 4 it came to 73 and it was worth it.

Good campsite, the nearest to the lindisfarne Causeway but be sure to book early. Great views of the holy island from the site and restaurant and bar. Good food with gf options. Covid safe and friendly staff.

A real treasure of a find. Only a few minutes off the A1. Comfortable, bright restaurant with amazing views across the farmland to Lindisfarne. The breakfast was delicious; fresh ingredients and generous portions. Excellent value too. Cheery, warm welcome from staff. There is an excellent and well catered for campsite - not too large - and a cozy looking Bothy Bar too that looks like a lovely place to spend the evening. You won't be disappointed!
