Charlie was real pleasant to work with and takes a lot of pride in his work. Jodie, Alex, Jose, and Travis replaced by 20 year old Tranes with new Carrier units. They replaced them both in 1 1/2 days. Charlie from the onset was responsive and patient with a number of questions as I was out shopping and comparing systems.
