Although I have had a good experience with Seaview, my wife has been dealing with knee surgery complications and some of the staff members dealing with her for setting up procedures really need to do what they say they are going to do. Several times these people say they will get back to her and never do. I always say treat people the way you would like to be treated, but apparently they don't care about the patients who are going through a whirlwind of stress about their situation and when no one gets back to you just adds to the stress. The doctors deserve a better support staff that actually does their job. It's like a restaurant that has good food but the service sucks ,people will just stop going there .

I brought my 2 year in for broken leg, staff and doctor were great, very thorough, very pleasant and kind. we have been twice to put cast on and to have it removed, every process was explained through out visits which i personally loved. Office staff was very sweet to my son. Very professional and timely, both visits i was in and out . We never waited more than 5 minutes and was seen right away both times. Highly recommend. wonderful experience.

Every time we go to Seaview (any of their offices) staff is super friendly & always will to help out. The Physicians are wonderful, they take the time to explain to you everything from their assessment to plan of action. Always friendly, & not alarmists. Walk out with confidence & comfort each time.

The doctor was very attentive and offered excellent advice and recommendations. The office has an excellent protocol for visits. The wait was about 10 minutes, but when i was contacted to enter, was brought directly to an exam room after a temperature check in the lobby. I have been seeing him for about 3 months. I would definitely recommend him and have every intention of contacting him for surgery on my knees in the future.

Dr Collins is great. He Answers all questions, doesn’t rush out and makes kids/parents feel comfortable. The staff in the Barnaget office were kind and helpful.
