Joe is a very unkind person. He wouldn't give us the time of day. I wouldn't get insurance for my dog from him. I didn't even want to give him 1 star. But that was the only option. Plenty of other places to get insurance, where u will find nice people.

Terrible customer service from the lady that answered the phone. Rude & Cocky she was the whole time, got nowhere. Our Cabin we was renting burnt down in the Forest Fire and they did not want to Reimburse us for our belongings we lost. It was a Very Dramatic experience losing everything and barely escaping the Fire! She did not care and was uncooperative, it was very upsetting trying to deal with her. Not Happy!
