I took in a lined jacket to be taken in at the sides and shortened at the sleeves. Rez was very humble and welcoming when I entered. I felt at ease as he talked me through what I wanted and was helpful in his suggestions. I was impressed by his professionalism and his demeanour came across as someone highly experienced. The turnaround was surprisingly quick and I received a message a couple days later that my garment was ready. I was thoroughly delighted with the end result. The stitching was consistent and matched the rest of the jacket and the seams all lined up perfectly. Everything was exactly as I wanted and could find no faults with his work. Rez exceeded all my expectations with his quality of service and fastidious craftmanship. I highly recommend his services and I will be using him again in the future. Absolutely superb, thank you!

I wanted a wool coat sized down and Rez was very helpful and responsive with my initial enquiry. When I took the coat in he talked me through my options and costs which was good to know upfront. The final alteration was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Excellent craftsmanship as you can’t tell that it had been altered at all. Highly recommended!
