I cannot disagree more with the last review. I shop regularly at Coco Ivy, both Rina and Dina are amazing. I always find some well priced little gem, that you can't find anywhere else. Sometimes things go wrong with an item, whenever you buy them. You can also rely on them to tell you if it looks right or wrong.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased an evening dress after being told by the staff that it could be altered to fit me, I took it to a very experienced dressmaker who advised me that it was impossible. So I wanted to return the dress but they wouldn’t except the return as it was outside their 14 day return policy by 5 days reason being that I had to fly to Spain to care for my sick mother in law who had suffered a stroke, so I physically couldn’t have returned it any earlier than I did. Now I am left with a dress I can’t wear, totally astounded by the lack of care, never quite experienced anything like it. DON’T GO THERE

Having read other reviews about this shop I felt moved to add my own. I too have experienced quite disgusting levels of unconcern by the dismissive and arrogant staff while purchasing an item at the till. My experience was making perfectly rational observations questioning the need to sell items made from real fur pointing out that it was more than likely to be dog or cat fur from China as it was trim fur. I was met with sneering indifference and the comment of “Oh well, it’s very popular here” showing no interest or concern about the reality about what they were selling. The fact that something is popular does not make it right and I think most right thinking people would have taken my observation with the seriousness which was intended but not at this shop.
