I was assisted so ably by Hannah; your volunteer. I was dithering for quite somevtisome time over a pair of CAT boots and i was able to observe how wonderfully she treated all customers that visited the shop whether they purchased or not. She was very mindful of being attentive to all and being quick to serve people when they had chosen their goods. It was a heartening experience to be frank. You have such a valuable asset in Hannah.
