Nice selection of fruit and veg and they have a really nice bakery but the customer service is too hit and miss. There is a young woman there who is really nice and helpful but there is a bearded man who is rude and unwelcoming. I arrived way before closing time and was refused entry by him, he looked me up and down and said ‘we’re closing’ but then I saw him let in another two customers after me? He obviously didn’t want me in the shop. I ended up shopping at the Co-op where I was welcome.

I've been going to Selina since it opened, supporting the local business over retailers. But today, the butcher was incredibly rude, and unhelpful when he got my order wrong. Not sure why he's in the customer service industry if he doesn't want to provide a service. Spoke to the manager, not sure he really cared. That whole experience has really put me off and I'm not sure I'd want to risk encountering that again.

Nice quality fresh fruit n veg. Wide range of long life products. No cheaper than a supermarket. Minimal regard to covid measures - take your own alcohol hand gel and have a good mask
