Every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind and always smiling. I could tell what a close-knit group they were - had a nice family feel. Location is convenient and vehicles are high quality. My salesman Ken was fun and kept me entertained with his great stories.

A year after purchasing my new Kia Rio I was in a terrible car accident. Although I was able to walk away unharmed, I can't say the same for my Rio. It was a total loss. Well needless to say, I headed straight for Barnett Kia, and once again they were able to put me in a brand new Kia Forte. And once again, the experience was wonderful. After a another year or so of driving that spectacular vehicle I was ready to step into something that could handle the Minnesota winters. Of course there was no other place I would dream of doing business with than Barnett Kia. Within no time flat I was driving away in my brand new 2021 Seltos AWD. When it came time for my first service appointment I ran into a slight scheduling problem, no worries, Mike Barnett personally called and made the appointment for me, insuring that the right filters and all that I needed for my Seltos was on hand. If you really want to be treated as a valued customer and friend as opposed to just another sale. Do yourself a favor and get down to Barnett Kia.
My experience was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to my needs with the type of vehicle I wanted. From the initial phone call to schedule a test drive to finalizing the paperwork it went very smoothly. The sales associate and finance manager both stayed after hours to ensure everything was ready for me to drive my new car home. I look forward to buying from them again in the future!
