My disabled Mother has just been given a fake 5 note by @asda and now they refuse to do anything about it. The shocking part is, she was given the fake banknote by the lady working on the 'customer service' desk.

Just been to Click & Collect but some items were 'not available' and was given alternatives. Fair enough BUT my hubby decided to check Instore just to see if there were any on shelves. Guess what ? Half of what was substitued WAS on shelves. Come on Asda Barnsley, this is not the 1st time this has happened. As I'm in the CEV category and told to Order online your Pickers should do all they can to get the orders right !!!!!
Just witnessed one of your colleague be extremely impatient and decided to reverse into a mans car who was loading his car with click and collect it was a man in a Renault megane. I am not sure what has happened but look as though he denied it but I watch him saying he is going to crash into him then he did . The man loading his car was a minute from being done packing his car when the bloke crashed into him. Absolutely appalling. Reflects extremely poorly on Asda.
