I absolutely love this shop, even though all my purchases have been either over the internet or telephone. I have had great service and great deals starting with my first two amateur radios almost a decade ago (where I saved almost 200 compared to shops much nearer to me) and my last major radio purchase today. I have found the staff friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help customers get what they want. I just wish they were nearer to me so I could go in and browse the store and buy all those things I never knew I needed until I saw the price of them and could not resist the bargains.
