I visited this store the first time recently to buy things for a new Puppy. The staff were fantastic in particular one lady who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave me advice about things I'd not even thought of. Brilliant service!

Got my hamster from this Pets at Home store and he was a healthy little fellow. I've found the staff to be knowledgeable on the animals and fish that they have and have always been helpful and checked that you have the right setups before they allow you to buy an animal. They have a decent range of products but I think the cages for rodents let them down especially for the hamsters. I find them to be too small and I decided to source my own online. The toys, food and other products have always been a decent range however Staff are always super friendly when your their and seem to really enjoy their jobs which is nice to see.
