Rude staff don't want to give a receipt for fueling and didn't let use facilities for my wife. I'm using mostly Shell V-power but never ever will come back to this place. I will buy premium fuel from somewhere else if I'm around this area.

Rude Staff, Bought a top package car was paid full price but provided only a standard. Even with recipet proof Staff weren't happy to change it. Shell app card can't be used here hit and miss, some will scan it others will say they don't accept it.

Rude snobby manager shouting at young girls!

Fillled up with Petrol , went to pay slight problem with paying via contactless failed first time and forced to pay inserting card and pin, unprofessional staff member, not the first time they have been very rude and unhelpful to myself and other family members. Told staff member they need to alter there attitude. Will avoid in the future would rather travel and pay more at another filling station.
