Came to Devon last week and while visiting barnstaple decided to pick up some snacks for lunch, Am so pleased we choose to buy here, There pasties, sausage rolls, cheese and onion slices, and ham and mushroom slices were delicious, They were the best we had while down in devon, the staff were so friendly I haven't got a bad word to say, Just gutted that I never got chance to return before leaving,

Excellent service and quality bakery. Fresh ground coffee 1.00 as good if not better than any other coffee shop. Support local. Really friendly service. My new regular coffee haunt. Lovely cakes too

The majority of the cakes are clearly brought in and the few they make are made badly. I purchased a chocolate cornflake cake that was soft and was made with cooking chocolate. I also order a steak slice that had a small amount of filling and was mostly onion, potatoes and a bit of mince. Very disappointing. Feel like they put it no effort as a local bakery at all. Your better off going to greggs
