Won't buy it cheaper??! Rubbish! My product was nearly 360.00 cheaper elsewhere. Wouldn't price match even though \big promo\ to say they would. Item suddenly out of stock!!! Samsung HW-MS650 Soundbar. Pc World 699.99. John Lewis 339.00. Store guys very embarrassed but would not even match after checking with MANAGER. ****UPDATE**** CHECKED. ON WEBSITE 2 DAYS LATER AND STRANGELY ENOUGH ITEM IN STOCK IN BARNSTAPLE !! SEE PHOTOS. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNBELIEVABLE!! IN MY OPINION FLOUTING THE Law. Forget the generic email where they say contact them direct, they still don't care!

I hate going to Currys and waiting around for ages for a store assistant to help. So why the 5 stars? Two reasons: First, Currys have introduced online video chat (I am writing as at Sept, 2020) so you can ask all the questions and get all the answers from a real person - not a q&a with a bot - before going in store. Second, if you do have to wait in store, my experience has been that it is worthwhile in that the people there are well trained and you get the sense that they are selling, but not selling for selling's sake.
