I took in a brand new Dorma 1000TC SK size quilt cover that I had just purchased.i did the first wash at home and was horrified to see there were black marks all over the quilt. I just could not remove these marks.i thought it was ruined.Then I thought about the ladies at the cleaners.From our first meeting the lady was so helpful and optimistic.It took about a week for one of the team to stand and treat each individual mark.I am thrilled to say they got out every mark.They have saved me a lot of money,and charged me a really reasonable amount. Im sorry I didn't get any names but Thank you to the team involved.Exellent service.

Took in a bed topper, although for a double bed it is the size of a single duvet . It was classed as a duvet on the docket. It cost 50 to have it cleaned. So so expensive. I should have asked how much it was going to cost before I left it. I could have bought a new one. First and last time.
