Terrible customer service.They take at least 21 days to send your goods longer if customised then you can only return them if they are unopened and returned in 7 days. I bought a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas, it was too big but they would not refund or exchange.How can you see if something fits if you can't open the package.

Shocking service. And as I am reading I am not the only one. You can't return an item if its the wrong size so I am gonna have a dissapointed child at Christmas. And before they say it was customised no it wasn't. They have 3 weeks to get the product to you but I only have 7 days to send it back which is pointless as they won't exchange or refund anyway. Pethetic service, do not use.

Ordered in May told was coming in August. Emailed and called countless times never get a reply. It got to mid September to be told could be next month could be the month after. So we asked for refund. Been waiting for this refund for 5 weeks. Been told we should have it but don’t. Terry and heather very unprofessional never call back when they say poorly ran business rude, arrogant terrible customer service. Do not buy from here clearly can’t handle personal life and business separately. We are now taking legal action.

Do not buy from these people. I have been waiting over 6 months for an order and received conflicting excuses from owner and staff. They have disappointed some underprivileged lads who were looking forward to their rewards but now I will have to foot the bill to buy from another retailer. forward
