We discovered one of our horses with a tummy ache late in the afternoon. I quickly called the clinic and was helped efficiently and well by one of the staff. I apologize for not remembering who it was. When we arrived with our mare, we found Dr. Cerah waiting for us and she quickly diagnosed Fox and treated her efficiently with the help of Sam and Dr. Chris. Fox was soon feeling better and we are very grateful for your compassionate and professional services. This will be my go-to clinic for all my animals in future! Thank you so much for your help!

I'm a lot late in writing this review. All the staff are amazing! I went in with my puppy who had eaten something he shouldn't have and I, myself, was very sick and struggling that day. They gave my puppy something to help him vomit and rid himself of the object he had swallowed. They were so understanding and when I had to leave the room myself because of nausea, they took over and stayed with him and even went to get me water. All of this at a very reasonable fee. Their thoughtfulness and consideration earned them a lifetime of vet visits from me!

The vets are very caring and gentle with the animals; and are knowledgeable on a variety of animals, breeds, and issues. Front end staff are always kind, welcoming and accommodating; having even allowed my dog to wait for his appointment outside; and usually have treats on hand. Prices are a little lower than others within an hour radius, the office is large and bright, and coffee/tea is provided while you wait (although it's not usually more than a few minutes).

After hours emergency call for porcupine vs dog outcome was super reasonable. Doctor was knowledgable, pleasant, and worked quickly to complete the task. Missing star because when I phoned the first number left on the answering machine I got a woman who was not please I had called her number and gave me the OTHER number to call. I wonder if for efficiancy purposes in emergencies is this phone number run around is wise and safe? However the services received after the crass communication error were exceptional.

Worth the trip out there, vet procedures are more reasonable than anywhere in Edmonton and area. They have always taken good care of our animals. Thanks
