I have been dealing with this company via email and phone trying to setup transportation from Barranquilla to Santa Marta. To date, all my dealings with them have been fast and pleasant. Especially Maria Camacho who I confirmed my reservation. Payment was simple via a Pay Pal like service. I will update my next step after I travel with them. 5.4.19 I am changing my rating from 4 to 5. I used this company over Semana Santa to travel from BAQ to SMR. Pick up went smooth in fact the driver was early. There was a small problem with the payment at drop off as I had paid a deposit, but that was quickly remedied with a phone call to the office. Pick up from SMR back to BAQ was smooth. They even accommodated a slight change to the agree pick up time which worked out perfect. I have traveled extensively on the coast of Colombia. The service on the coast isn't known for being very good. So based on my past experience with service on the coast I rate this experience "Excellent" I would use them again for door to door service on the coast.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Would give zero stars if I could. I confirmed my trip 26 hours before leaving (I was going to a no service area for the evening) the morning I was supposed to leave and got back to service, I saw they tried to change my departure time from 11am to 9am and told me if I did not confirm this change they would cancel my trip. After arguing with them on the phone for an hour, I got them to agree to drive us at 11. We got in the car, before leaving the city we stopped and the driver picked up a few boxes of pharmaceuticals which he wad paid a tremendous amount to transport. In Barranquilla they had us transfer to another van, where we were packed in with every seat filled. However, not all the luggage could fit in given that the other set of passangers also came with boxes of pharmaceuticals- after 45 minutes of delay and smashing of our suitecases, they left behind a box but refused to get rid of the rest so we had to travel the rest of the trip with luggage in our laps. When we arrived in cartegena the driver refused to stop at each persons hotel as promised in the door to door. Horrible experience with this shady-seaming side business. Avoid at all coats
