If you're questioning whether the 1 star reviews are true. Take my word for it. THEY ARE. You fill out an application, they contact you shortly. Then in order to get any sort of update you have to call five or six times before someone answers the phone! I was told I was \basically approved\ great! I'm moving from another state, that's good news to hear. Called today \We don't have any more units for you to rent\ after telling my employer I would be transferring. AVOID THIS BAIT & SWITCH OPPERATION AT ALL COSTS. They will steal your money and waste your time!

BEWARE of “Bailey’s” initial responsiveness and friendliness. Wish we had done our research on this company. We were totally up front with her about a changing financial situation and she said it wasn’t a problem so we should submit the applications. Then get an email response saying we weren’t a good fit. Call her and she just said the same thing over and over. Said they would call me back and just sent another email saying we weren’t a good fit. No background check or credit check was ever done. Very sketchy.

Great Team!! They are very responsive to any request you may have in a timely professional manor. Property is well Kept, lawn, snow and trash removal. Couldn’t ask for it to be any better. Great place to live!
