This is a great place. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Great service fees, too. Isaac went above and beyond, he's friendly and pleasant to deal with, and explained things in a way that was clear and not condescending (unlike some other computer specialists). Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere.
Excellent, attentive service with no "tech babble". Adam was awesome, had me up and running again in no time. In a world with shrinking margins and competition crowding us in all directions one's Value Proposition has to be People and Service. Act360 understands this and has won my loyalty because of it. Looking forward to seeing the systems we have on order :)

The people that helped me there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was having issues turning on my computer and when I was able to get it turned on it was going on and off. They determined it was my power supply and offered to purchase and install. I ended up purchasing and installing it myself, but that fixed my issue. The charge for their service was minimal (28 with taxes). Unfortunately just after that my hard drives fried. I took it back to them again and being the courteous people they were, they took a look (at no cost) and let me know that they weren't going to work again and that if I wanted the data to see a data recovery specialist (they don't provide this type of service).
I found these gentlemen to be prompt and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. They gave me options and choices that were affordable to me. I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends and co-workers.
My experiences with Affordable Computer Techs have always been very positive. I rely heavily on the techs' knowledge and I have never been disappointed. The fact that I can call or email and know that my computer problems will be looked after is a great relief. I would highly recommend ACT to anyone needing advice, repairs or any other computer issues. Also, I purchased a refurbished computer from ACT several years ago and have been VERY satisfied with my machine. I know that ACT offers both refurbished and new computers for purchase. So, with the purchase one also gets excellent service!
