My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this location. The service and the staff absolutely deserve the 5 stars. If we could, we would give them more. Their patience and knowledge ensure that we will be back for service on our car in the future. After my husband and I were in a car accident, Carrie made sure that we didn’t have added stress of worrying about newly purchased snow tires that we weren’t going to need anymore. Active Green Ross went above and beyond to ensure that our new tires were within our budget and were safely installed on our new vehicle. Thank you so much Carrie, and the team from Active Green Ross for working with us and going beyond what most businesses would do. We have told everyone about the amazing service we have received from you and will definitely return.

Awesome! Aligned my low \car\ no issues at all, guy that did it was very respectful and didn't joy ride it like I'm sure all car enthusiasts worry about.. Thanks!! Edit: they didn't do a front end inspection when my car had bad ball joints and the whole wheel moved. They did give me another alignment after I replaced all the parts that needed to be replaced but if it was done right the first time I wouldn't of had to come back 3 times. Other than that it was good, other than not doing an inspection especially when giving an alignment, because you're basically aligning nothing.
We have been dealing with Active Green & Ross for several years now. We bought our tires from them the last two times. The tires are top quality and they provide a free service of changing winter to summer tires and visa versa the entire time you own those tires. They torque them after you have driven the required kms. The service is top notch, always with politeness and efficiency.
I've been a customer of Active Green & Ross for years, and have bought all my tires there. However, I have found the customer service has been less consistent in quality than their great prices. In the last year I have noticed a significant improvement in their customer service. It's so much better! I have been made to feel welcome, and it's a much more positive experience. I also appreciate the pre-booking options for the annual tire change.
Terrible and unprofessional still have a broken stereo after the 3800.00 bill and got this image of the dash the day after fixed for a power draw and the battery was flat again it but stereo not fixed got given the run around when trying to schedule repair and lost interest. had it fixed elsewhere.. changing tires they are ok anything complex see another professional.
