Needing a part for our sewing machine i contacted this store and spoke with Ashlea. even though this was a small p[art and not a great deal of money i was treated with enthusiasm, knowledge, courtesy and prompt response. the part was back ordered and Ashlea followed up after a few weeks to keep me informed the part was coming but still back ordered. This is the kind of service we all HOPE to get but never do. I highly recommend this store and Ashlea to anyone looking for a great service and products. thanks Ashlea.
I have been taking my two Bernina sewing machines to Lloyd for many years. He is an expert! When I leave his shop my machines operate like they are brand new. I sew for a living and need the machines to operate smoothly. I am now sewing masks and donating them to seniors. Lloyd is a true professional and knows sewing machines!
