I went into the store today with my daughter and one of the managers Matthew helped us pick out a couple things. This kid is amazing, so polite and a pleasure to deal with. He is what customer service is about! Good job Matthew

Like most malls the stores have lineups to get in so bring your patience. Staff in the store is friendly and there is a wide variety of clothing to choose from. If you're an American Eagle fan then this store is well stocked and maintained.
Employees are so kind and helpful. One of the workers named Mathew was soo nice and had a great attitude!

The younger part time/ seasonal staff is amazing but the older managers (male brown hair and female dirty blonde hair) at cash were very rude. Myself and another gentlemen refused to buy any product and walked out of the store after being treated unfairly and spoken to very rudely in front of multiple customers. I understand it is the holidays and everyone is very busy but having good customer service is a part of your job.
Best to just order online. In store selection is not the greatest. I am a medium which usually is always sold out. The denim is ridiculous unless you are only into skinny Jeans. Call me old fashioned but I like a flared Jean, which this store never seems to have.
Austin was an amazing helper to my grandson! He was extremely knowledgeable about the different styles of jeans...
