I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received at the Ashley store in Barrie. I was greeted as I entered and it was not too long before an associate came over to ask if I needed assistance. During my time at the store, there was no pressure, just A LOT of help. I valued the expertise of the gentleman that was helping me and came in under budget with my purchases despite picking up a few items I thought I would have to wait until later to purchase. Amazing pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful store. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a living room sofa set, as well as coffee tables. The sofa set came in ripped up plastic and the fabric on the back of the sofa was ripped. They said they would send in a technician to fix it, never heard back. The coffee tables came and they were covered in mold when I took them out of the box. I asked for them to be returned and they did a week later they brought me floor model tables which were already assembled. They wore their boots in the house on our white carpet, and scratched the tables while bringing them in stacked up on top of each other without anything being covered or protected. When we call for service to deal with the issue, they give you a hard time and go on about having to put in a claim. The service with this company is awful and I would not suggest anyone putting any money towards this. Not only do they bring you broken beaten up floor models when you pay good money for their product but they don't stand behind the product or help their customers when things are delivered poorly.

Had to get a new Bedroom set for my daughter. We had been to 5 other stores. Went to Ashley and were treated well with all covid protocols in place. Dealt with Josh. He was proactive and courteous. He put extra effort into finding what we wanted and helped us get the price we were prepared to pay. Thx for an other great experience.

Amazing experience!! Very clean and organized store. Sales representative was friendly and helpful and it was not a high pressured environment. The whole process was very easy and we will highly recommend this store to friends and family!
