Without any attempt to contact a person, by any means like a invoice or simple phone call, for an outstanding balance, they try to destroy your credit by sending immediately it to collections. Only after trying to rent they inform me I cannot due to collections and will no longer be able to be a customer. I ask to speak with the manager or owner and get denied. They give me a collections number to call and no answer. From a long term loyal customer, not wanting this unprofessional level of customer service and treated like a piece of trash. Do not recommend renting from this store!!

Quite obviously the best video store in Barrie for the last 20 years. Staff very knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions.
I miss this wonderful place. But, I believe they closed. -(
Never rent from this company! They will try and send you to collections for having a movie for a bit over a week, and not to mention rude customer service...
