Quick and reliable, they do good work for reasonable prices. I've been going here for rust checks since I bought my car. Also got my remote start installed here. The staff are always very nice too.

Installers are great! But you have to get through the RUDE customer service first! In regards to your response I was sitting right there and Amanda was not being rude. There was no swearing or belittling. Amanda expressed her frustration by saying I’m really frustrated with the situation. Amanda has worked in customer service and knows how it is. After saying she was frustrated you ( sorry your customer service agent) chose to hang up. At first Amanda thought they got disconnected but your agent made it very clear she hung up and proceeded to get lectured instead of getting the help you are claiming. Amanda then chose to hang up on the agent. The reason for the review is because this isn’t the first time that agent gave attitude we never mentioned it because we chalked it up to a bad day which we are all entitled to. Yes Doug did call and he said ‘sorry’ now we will see if the willingness to still be helpful is there. Your agent has a poor attitude and horrible tone and if like Doug said they have been dealing with rude customers as of late maybe some reflection on the agent is necessary.

Fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. Lady on the phone was very lovely while I was making my appointment, other staff were wonderful as well! Got a remote starter out into my car and it took almost 3 hours. Done slightly earlier than they said and I'm extremely happy with car service. Highly recommend DDF if you need anything done to your vehicle!

This place is amazing. I purchased a WRX last week and brought it in for tint. The customer service was wonderful, and the job that they did is absolutely top notch! Better than my highest expectations. And to top it off, it was completed an hour earlier than expected. All around great experience and highly recommend. Ddddan

Ladies at the front desk are fantastic & very pleasant to speak/work with. We had a question about the warranty incentives & the technician was honest & explained what we already had with our new vehicle. Which, ultimately saved us money. Honesty like that will always get our business! Highly recommend the products & services!
