Our experience with Di Pietra was amazing. Each staff member that we dealt with along the way was friendly, professional and very helpful. The stone they had to choose from was beautiful and we had a hard time making our final decision. We are so pleased with what we did decide on and our kitchen is so much more than we thought it could be. I would highly recommend them!

I hired DPD Granite to install a new countertop and entrance to my house. They were professional until I paid them, and it was all down hill from there. Two weeks after my new counter was installed, my brand new faucet broke. I reached out and it took over two weeks of following up to even get a response from them. They linked me to the manufacturer, who was frustrating beyond belief to deal with. After two months going back and fourth with the manufacturer, they sent me the wrong part. I ended up picking up a 2nd hand faucet to replace the junky one DPD provided. Dont expect any help from DPD after they've received your cheque. Their installers also poured their grout on my lawn, and put a brad nails through the face of my new cabinets, but the granite does look nice.

I have had this company in for 3 different reno projects, and i can state they are all very nice, professional, and focused on a great end result. price wise, they are competitive, but remember ... you get what you pay for ... this is a life long investment.
