Everyone loves the Disney store. Great atmosphere. Professional, informed and energetic staff. Love the little Castle themed change room. A smaller Disney store than those in Toronto but worth checking out. On your birthday you can request a birthday pin with your name on it!

These folks are trained well - always making parents and kids feel welcome. There's usually a sale to take advantage of as well, just know it's the exact same as every other Disney store. They are what they are and one isn't different from another.
Staff is very friendly, toys are wonderful and varied, and they've even started a new green initiative. Very impressed... price is a little high though, but it's expected with Disney.
Love it here. Can I live here? Amazing products, especially the quality of pjs!! Awesome staff and toys galore! Bring your own bag or purchase reusable Disney branded ones for as little as 1. They no longer offer plastic.
I’m 27 and the staff went out of their way to make me feel the Disney magic when I was buying a Beauty and the Beast Chip tea cup. A female employee interrupted me while I was in line, gleaming like a child about this mug and said “Excuse me miss, I just want to tell you that Mrs.Potts would like to remind you that Chip is due back in the cupboard by 8pm and no caffeine after 4 or he won’t sleep all night!” It made my day! I went to Disneyland for the first time in 2016 and this is the kind of magic I would expect from any Disney store!
I have been coming to the store on and off for years and in all honesty the set up in the store never changes it's always the same the product may vary but the store needs a definite floor plan uplift
I love the disney store ! Staff will help you right away and everyone is so friendly and the store is always clean and presented well! Very cool that they are going to put an adult section in soon excited to see the new clothes !
