I've been going to Lynn for years now. She is the best and the only one I trust. The services I go for are: waxing and manicure/pedicure. I never leave disappointed. Always great professionalism, service and overall a great person. Thank you Lynn and Ferndale Nails!
As the previous reviews stated, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We were visiting and my daughter and I walked in for pedicures at 6pm. We called two places and the women who answered the phone was so nice, and the reviews were good, we gave them a try. She also offered us a bottle of water as soon as we sat down. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
Every time I go for an appointment I don't have to wait. Every one knows me & greets me by name. My nails are done to perfection by Jenny. She is the owner & has years of experience. She has passed her expertise & professionalism to her co-workers. I continue to recommend Iconic Nails & Spa.
My bi-weekly treat....the girls here are awesome and I've never been disappointed. Love this place! March 2018 update - they say you don't know what you have until it's gone and this is certainly the case here. I have always loved these girls but recently moved out of the Barrie area. I got my nails done at a new place on Sunday and by Monday one of them had lifted and it's Wednesday and another one has now lifted as well. It really makes you appreciate good work all the more!
Charged extra on the package we'd booked online without telling us, laughed at us when we went back in to talk to talk to them about it. Shellac started to wear away the day we got it, and they sent us away with wet toenails. I had to redo the big toes myself for my prom. They seem to be very nice to their regulars but dismiss the one-off clients as insignificant and unimportant jobs. Their facebook reviews are all five stars, not a single review lower than that, which leads me to believe they're deleting anything 4 stars and under. Thankfully, they can't delete a google review. Looking for a nail salon? Please don't go here.
The Ladies that work at this salon, are fantastic. Not only do they do a great job , they treat each customer like royalty . I look forward into coming in and getting my nails done,. I always leave happy. Thank you Jenny and Staff for the amazing work you ladies do!
Our experience was not great. No posted price and I got the impression the price may be fluid depending on who walks in. I asked for the exact price before starting. I was told we were getting Gel nails, but in fact they were acrylic. I truly didn't like being lied to. They even went as far as telling me it was gel because it doesn't smell. . The finish on the nails was very rough and the polish was a mess. We won't be back.
