I found Julie while scrolling on Instagram. She had posted a short video showing a hip mobility exercise. Even though I trained for athletic performance for years, the exercise was new to me, so I tried it. Wow! It really was effective and helpful. I tried a few more of her videos and was hooked. Julie is the real deal, and everything she teaches is effective and efficient. She demonstrates things clearly and tells the science behind it so you know why you are doing it. Currently, I use her app and am also learning about breath work from the online course that she offers. I thought my fitness schedule was well-rounded, but Julie's Fitomize system offers dimensions I had not considered, and includes advanced, rare concepts. My improvement is substantial and clear. What I'm learning will surely be applied through my life for continuing wellness. Julie is attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. I recommend her and her program to anyone!

I have been exercising with Julie from home via Zoom for years. Julie keeps me moving through all sorts of physical challenges. I’ve been working out with Julie over two years now via Skype. She is extremely knowledgeable and looks to understand your body and what works best for it! I have been seeing Julie for the past three years. Before I started seeing Julie, I would see the chiropractor once a week, I would have massages 2-3 times a month and would still be constantly living in pain. I see Julie once a week and no longer need a chiropractor or massage therapist (but who WANTS to stop getting massages?!) and I can move freely. I wake up without back or leg pain. Before seeing Julie, I thought living in pain was just the normal aging process. I now realize that living pain free is what is going to keep me going for a long time to come. Julie is also a WEALTH of information when it comes to health and well being. Probably much to Julie's dismay, I no longer Google anything health related - I text Julie! Julie is SO much more than a personal trainer! She's a movement and wellness specialist with so much knowledge. Since I have been seeing her, my low back pain has vanished - and if I do something where it creeps back in - she can see exactly what the issue is and in less than one session completely eliminates my pain through a series of moves. Julie is amazing, over a year ago I was taken by ambulance to the hospital unable to move, it was not the first time my back went out but it was the final straw, since then Julie had worked with me to strengthen not only my back but my way of thinking about moving, breathing and just normal day to day activities, I thank her everyday I get out of bed and am not worried about blowing out my back, I needed to make the decision to stop the insanity and she has taught me how to do it. I would give her 1 million stars if I could.
