Made an online appointment thru their website but never received confirmation so called a few days later and made an appointment for a video session as they were still closed due to pandemic. Went online at time of meeting but no one else came on. After waiting 15 mins past start time I called them. “Oh, sorry, I guess she can’t make it, we’ll have to rebook”. Sorry, I’ll try somewhere else.

I recently had a massage with Kellie this week. Due to my trigeminal neuralgia I suffer from I was a little reluctant at first. Kellie was very understanding and supportive. I explained my concerns to her and she made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my massage. I was able to thoroughly enjoy it. I look forward to my next appointment.
