I have lived here for over a year now and can honestly say this is the best student residence! Thank you to the amazing office team for everything that you do! I can honestly say that the maintenance & office team goes above and beyond.

The place is clean and neat, management is very helpful, specially Jessica and Nicole ,they are always welcoming and smiling and they take any notes seriously. I love summer time here where maintenance wash all buildings and cut grass the place looks very fresh ,Mike and Magno maintenance team they always greet you on their way. I have been living here for the past 3 years and have met awesome friends.
I have been living at Foundry for the past 8 months and I have to say that this is one of the best decisions that I have made as an international student since I came to Canada. The staff is very welcoming and really professional and they make you feel really comfortable. A special shout out to Jessica and Nicole at the office with whom you can easily discuss any issue. The maintenance is quick and efficient and the location is just perfect when you are a Georgian College student.
The absolute best student living experience here! The location is conveniently close to the school as well as other necessities such as grocery stores, and the Cundles plaza. The actual unit itself is very up to date with a massive bedroom compared to any other student rentals/residences with your own private full-sized washroom! The unit also includes a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, and a very modern kitchen. If any problems do arise within the house there is on-site maintenance to take care of the issue the day of! the staff at the office are also amazing! And go above and beyond to help with any issues! with office hours of 9-7 during the week and even open Saturdays. Living at foundry also grants you access to the on-site gym, study rooms, and other included amenities. Yes, it is expensive to live here! BUT it is worth it and priced this high due to it being the best place for students to live. Foundry, unlike any other place, also allows you to choose your roommates on an app similar to tinder swiping and messaging who you would like to live with, matching you with the best possible roommates who are similar to yourself. Overall Foundry is the best time a student will have attending Georgian College! Although priced higher it is worth it!
Would give 6 stars if i could. Very clean and friendly living space. The maintenance crew works very hard day by day to insure everything is functioning and presentable. The team at the front desk is extremely helpful if problems do arise. Would highly recommend this living space over any of the Georgian college residences. I moved into varsity after a terrible experience with Georgian residence and have not once been disappointed by the foundry team.
