I wasn't sure about working with a broker having always gone directly with the banks, but I gave Geri a call to discuss my mortgage renewal options. She was fantastic. Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Quick. She guided me through the process and my options. She gave me excellent advice. She worked expeditiously to secure the best rate and quickly had my approval in place. Unfortunately, an issue at my end meant that I had to pull out and could not complete the transaction. I felt terrible considering all the work Geri had done for me.... all for nothing. She handled the situation with absolute grace and understanding. A true professional, but more than that, I can tell that she is a very good person. After this experience, I am done with the banks, for many, many reasons. I will recommend Geri to absolutely anyone and I am looking very forward to working with Geri in the future. Thanks for all your help Geri. I would rate you 100 Stars if I could.

Excellent experience! I’ve always done my mortgage with my financial institution in the past, but this time I decided to try working with a Mortgage broker. I found Geri by the reviews and it was a positive experience from the start! Geri worked very hard for us and made sure my wife and I got the best rate possible, working over the weekend before the rates went up. We got in just in time. Geri was amazing to work with! She was very attentive, professional and organized. Exceptional service especially during a global pandemic where it is very difficult to get together in person - we had zoom meetings to discuss our needs and she was always there to answer any questions we had (even on Sunday evenings) and got us a great rate on our mortgage!
