Grand flooring installed a new handrail and spindles in our home. We had a very mixed experience with our project. Sabastian did an amazing job and was very nice to work with. However I found the sales rep who handled our job to be unprofessional and really very disinterested . I did read the reviews for grand flooring and they were positive ,so I moved forward with them. However if I had been a walk in to the show room and was dealing with this showroom person I would not have purchased the work we had done. I would give sabastian five stars and thus a two star for customer service. Disappointing experience.
