My husband had a tooth extracted today (Feb 17th, 2021) by Dr. Mokhtari! He was extremely professional and calming. My husband had never had dental surgery before and was nervous about being put out and the office helped him calm his nerves. I would also like to thank Leslie for the couple of phone calls I had with her about the price and procedure. I was very taken back and upset about the price because it was 3x the amount I was quoted initially, but once we got my husbands procedure figured out, the price was back down to what I was originally quoted. She was very nice in calling me back after being so upset and just reassured me everything was going to be okay. The recovery room nurse was very nice as well (I’m sorry but I can’t remember her name), she was very informative of the after care that’s required and what our next few days of recovery will look like. This was overall a good experience!

About a week and a half ago, I went to Dr. Gater to have my two remaining impacted wisdom teeth removed surgically. Previously, I had my other wisdom teeth taken out one at a time by a dentist and each time, my experience was very poor. I was given local anesthetic and I was not sedated, and I had extremely poorly managed post-operative pain. I decided to have my last two removed surgically with deep sedation in the hopes of a better post-operative experience. I explained my previous experience and they were very understanding. I only needed to take regular extra strength tylenol for 2 days and I did not require my prescribed medications. I had very little to no postoperative pain and minimal swelling. The call from Dr. Gater the evening after my surgery was a nice touch! I would recommend Dr. Gater to anyone who needs dental surgery.

Dr. Mokhtari performed my wisdom teeth extraction, several months ago, for 2 impacted upper teeth. I had no pain or noticeable swelling at all during my recovery! His team was great and I was at ease the whole time. Thank you kindly!

Dr. MacNicol was great! He removed all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth. Straightforward, friendly, quick. His assistants were wonderful. They were kind and explained everything to me that was happening. I think one of the assistants is new and being trained by the other, and she was doing so well! Very professional and compassionate.

Dr. Gater is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job on my extraction and bone graft. He takes the time to explain everything, and is very conscientious and caring. My husband had the same positive experience. I am grateful that my dentist referred me to this exceptional surgeon .
