Jess is amazing! I have worked out with trainers over the years, who have primarily used a one plan for everyone. In the past 5 years or so, I have been less active, with physical issues. Because Jess has a background in Kinesiology, she knows the body and gives appropriate exercises to strengthen and repair whatever issues each individual has. She is absolutely there for her clients. She knows when to push and does so in a very caring manner. Her workouts are geared to each individual. She has helped this chubby 57 year old women actually enjoy exercise again. I feel fantastic have lost weight and inches and I have only been working with her for a month. And that is with virtual training over zoom. I won't be working with anyone else and would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.

I joined an at home fitness challenge Jess had put together to start off 2021 the right way. I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did and I am so happy it was with Jess. She is incredibly kind and encouraging. Jess provides all the support you need, which during these times is quite something. She is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to share all that she knows to ensure we perform movements properly. Her smile never leaves her face!! You are in the right hands with Jess. I cannot wait to work with her in person once lockdown is over and done with
Here's why Jess is the BEST!! She combines everything that is good about exercise... she is very knowledgeable, she shares that knowledge with you to not only improve your form but to inform you why that form is important and what muscles are working during each exercise. She is also wicked fun, upbeat, caring and plays awesome music! She turns every workout into a fun, positive, upbeat workout that will leave you exhausted... and exhilarated at the same time. You can't go wrong with Jess as your personal trainer/coach.
Jess is absolutely amazing. I have some very particular needs (racing car driver & numerous heart conditions) and she has taken careful consideration when planning and executing my program. I am so appreciative of her positivity and am so happy with how far we have come thus far. I can’t even fathom a strong enough word for how significant she has become in my life. I would be absolutely lost without her motivation, love, understanding and knowledge. If there was a 10/5 star rating - she’d have it!
A friend recommended Jess to me and I decided to start seeing her because of her knowledge and experience in fitness, nutrition, and all the mental health issues that go along with those, but I wasn't expecting the incredible amount of support and encouragement as well! Jess really does treat each client personally and figures out what works best for each one. I've seen amazing results even after just 5 weeks, but I'm so thankful that she's dedicated to helping me long-term as well!
I highly recommend Jess. She is a knowledgeable, passionate trainer and will explain to you the purpose of the exercise, which muscles you are working out and ensures that you are doing the exercise properly. She also takes the time to teach you about good nutrition and why it is important not to deprive yourself. Her energy and positive attitude is infectious. She is a good balance between being gentle yet firm to get you the results you need. In addition to all this, Jess understands that mental health plays a major role in being able to maintain good physical health and she takes the time to check in on her clients.
Jessica helped me get back into shape after having my first child. She helped me focus on my goals and whipped me into shape in what felt like no time. She designed a workout plan specially for me, educated me about health and wellness and made me accountable for what I was putting into my body and the amount of effort I was making. She knows how to balance being nice and pushing you to your max, which can be difficult for others, but not Jess! She made working out fun and I always looked forward to working out with her. I had another child since then and my body bounced back quicker the second time around and I credit it to muscle memory from getting fit between pregnancies. I highly highly recommend Jessica!
Just finished Jess’s 14 day accountability challenge and it was amazing! Such a great was to kick of the New Year! I look forward to working with Jess in the future!
