***DO NOT GO HERE FOR A TIRE SWAP!*** Incompetent kids here for staff that don't know what they're doing. Went here for a Simple seasonal Tire swap on Nov 9th, 2018 at 5:30 pm and these kids posing as tire technicians rounded the first wheel nut on my car that they tried taking off and said they couldn't do anything to resolve, They could not get the damaged wheel nut off my car from their incompetence and sent me on my way with NO tire swap and now a Damaged wheel nut that was rounded by them-I was furious. They obviously used the incorrect socket size trying to take my tires off, thus rounding my wheel nut. To make matters worse, appears the Jiffy Lube shop manager/owner (man in his 40's or 50's) I assume saw or heard what happened and took off leaving the shop and the Jiffy Kids to give me a lame excuse blaming the wheel nuts on my car for this mishap(my car is less then one year old and as I found out later that evening the wheel lug nuts on my car where all in excellent condition) When I got home right after this bad experience I got my old four way tire wrench out and I luckily removed the damaged wheel nut these Jiffy Lube Kids left on my car, I ended up installing my winter tires Myself and oh ya also buying a new replacement wheel lug nut the next morning due to their incompetence. My opinion is that the Anne St. Barrie Jiffy Lube should stick to Oil Changes and forget about the Tire Swap business. The Kids for staff here are non professional and need to take a lesson in customer service 101, this franchise and their staff take No Accountability for Their actions, such a shame. Take my advise and go to a reputable Tire shop, DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR SEASONAL TIRE SWAP-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Honestly everyone is super kind whenever I go but yesterday when I went in I had an awesome conversation with the guy (sorry I can't remember your name man!!) He was kind, funny and polite when I just rambled on about my whole life. really appreciate that customer service especially in lockdown times when you don't get to see other humans. Legit love this place.
It was a great experience. I love the fact I can drive right in and don't have to get out of my vehicle. They are so friendly and wear masks for my safety. They let me know what they were doing and even washed my windshield. Enjoyed seeing a woman working there. Definitely would recommend this Jiffy Lube.
