Great service, they take their time and the nails always last a long time they never lift..they are under new management and the girls are amazing. I showed them a picture and design I wanted from pinterest and she did it exactly how I wanted it. She even creamed and massaged my hands after and put a hot towel over them. Also they gave me 10% off for paying cash. Highly recommended 8

OK so I used to be a regular here always had pretty good service before until today... so I when asked what length I wanted I told her long and showed her she said it would be 5 extra I agreed. after snipping away I looked and saw they were much shorter then I had wanted I said politely that wasn't what I wanted and that the left hand is fine but the right is not. She then said she would just cut the left to match again I said that's not what I wanted. She went ahead and cut the left to match the right at this point I'm mad. Why would I be paying 50 for something I clearly stated right at the beginning that I didn't like. She could have pulled 3 nails off and redid them in a matter of 2 minutes but instead started arguing with me saying it was my fault and this is what I wanted. Ha. Can't even believe how rude she was. After she continued I told her I wasn't comfortable with going ahead with this and to take them off. Then she said she would charge me for removal. At this point I'm out rages and said I'm not paying for this. She grabbed my hand and cut the nails jagged and super short promoting me to leave. Will NEVER be returning here. This is a spa you are supposed to feel relaxed and be pampered. I took a drive down the street and went to nice one nails. A better choice for same price.
LOVE this place!! I think I have tried every place in Barrie in the last 10 years. I have been going to Lavish Nails for over 4 years now and it truly is the best!
My girlfriend and I have been coming here for years and have always considered Lily and Pham family. There has recently been a change in management as Lily and Pham have retired :) I had Trang do my monthly fill and pedicure for me yesterday and couldn't be more happy with my nails! They look amazing!! Trang took the time to get to know exactly what I like (as I am very picky). The end result was FABULOUS! They were shaped exactly how I like them and she made some excellent suggestions on colour. The ladies are super friendly and I loved how clean and fresh the place looks now too. Great job ladies! See you in a few weeks for my next fill.
Best manicure experience I’ve had. This place is definitely a gem. Pham and his family take pride in their shop and work and it shows. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Lavish Nails to everyone.

Honestly, it saddens me to give this review and share my disappointment. After five years, I will no longer go to lavish nails. Over the last year I started to notice inconsistencies on pricing, additionally the last manicure I received left me with many cuts and pain around my nails beds... can’t enjoy a manicure with cuts that turn into scans and hang nails. Also, if I made an appointment they would not treat me with priority over people that walk in. So, that’s fine. I stopped calling ahead. Then today, I brought my daughter for just a nail polish colour and they charged me over 25.00 for that, not even a pedi. I wouldn't be so annoyed/disappointed if they hadn’t taken other people, leaving us waiting on others who were not there first/also walk ins - they had agreed to do my hands as well... so after 20 minutes of being ignored with my daughter becoming inpatient, I paid and left. They asked why I was leaving and I said quite simply “I’m leaving because you didn’t finish and now I have to wait while you finish people’s nails that came well after me”. So, over charged, not treated in priority sequence and my previous experiences with inconsistent pricing means they have lost my business. Dime a dozen, I know. But I have to share how disappointing and rude this is. Additionally, do not trust Facebook recommendations because it’s really only intended for endorsement, they can delete negative reviews.
