I had a 2016 Ram 1500 that I bought a couple years ago, and I loved it. I put some real time and work into it to make it my own; gave it a lift, nice wheels and tires, that kind of thing. Started a new apprenticeship and realized I would have to downsize to compensate for my decreased wage. After shopping around for a week or so until I decided to look on the Moffatts Mazda page. I found the perfect car for a good price, and called to book a test drive. I spoke with the sales associate named Ambrosio on the phone, who was able to bring me in right away with no worries. Drove the car, looked at the car and I loved it. After explaining to Ambrosio the work and love I put into my Ram, he bent over backwards to give me the best price for trade in value way above what anyone else offered me. I actually felt overwhelmed and surprised because I have never had this treatment at a dealership before. His appreciation of the work I did made letting go of my beloved Truck easier to accept. Thanks to him I now am driving at a much more affordable rate, in a great quality car. To summarize; I would absolutely recommend Moffatts Mazda to anyone who asks and would hope they get to deal with Ambrosio as well. His professionalism and willingness to please his customer is not only above and beyond, but extremely rare to find. This is the best dealership around!
