If I could take the star away and give it Zero I would. Started by a long wait to enter, once inside I found out why. The service was slow, and took longer by the constant up sell on products and services they wanted me to do. The overall experience was an hour. I found the employees and service to be horrible. Must be new management, never had an experience like this before at the location. Rather pay extra at the dealer for the hospitality and service.

I have been a customer of Mr.Lube for about 2-3 years to maintain my car, and last 2 weekends ago during a tire change service, the technician damaged my car rim while taking the old tire off. As per the store manager, he would call me back once he reaches out to the head office for advice on how to settle such a situation; I still never heard back from him. So I called to follow up and was told that the manager is busy and will call me by the end of the day, but no call was received. I called the store this morning and was told that the manager is \super busy\ for the past 2 weeks and cannot call me back. I take my phone call. At this point, I was very disappointed with the customer service, especially when the technician damages my vehicle, and then I being ignored, hoping that I will forget about it and the problem will go away. Disappointed is the least to say; I do not feel like I will be a returning customer when the store does not value their clients, and the manager lacks in customer support/relation skills.
Very convenient, and the staff are friendly and professional. Each time I’ve stopped in, the mechanic breaks down what’s being done and updates me on the costs. I felt they were knowledgeable and transparent and I greatly appreciate the service.
I lost my oil cap and the boys there worked so hard to help me out. Thank you I will be coming back next time I'm in Barrie. Good job
Review for service visit (oil change, cabin filter) on Tuesday 3 July, 2018 - Very professional / friendly service with attention to detail. I had been using this location of Mr. Lube for perhaps well over 10 years now. Typically short wait times, and seems to have all the required replacement items stocked. I should like the cost of the oil change to be 10% less (more in line with the dealership service garages), but still quite worth it, given the level of expert service.
